Download Orant 6i zip file from the link Below

Download File

Step 2:-

Extract the file on your drive where you installed your windows 

Step 3:-

Copy file Oracle.reg to orant and then double click on the file and update registry settings

Step 4:-

Now you need to update tnsnames.ora file and connect with your database
